I didn't like how they walls are really thin and you can hear other people in other rooms. I think the faculty should have someone around for noise compliance within the hotel.

The hotel could not print key cards while I was there, and the clerk assured me that someone would be at the front desk to open my room at all times. But I came back on my first night and was forced to wait 10 minutes, buzzing and calling before someone nonchalantly came to the desk to let me in. When I came back the next afternoon, a sign at the counter announced no one would be there for an hour. When they finally came back, I got my money back for what was supposed to be the second night of my stay and left. And the room itself was no perk when I could get in. The refrigerator was unplugged and filled with water. The remote control to the tv had no batteries, so I bought some myself. This was a terrible experience.

I was very apprehensive about staying at Arapahoe Inn after reading a few very degrading reviews. We just wanted a bed and shower at a reasonable rate, so we went for it. We were pleasantly surprized. The room was basic, but clean and orderly. We got a really helpful and friendly youngish fella at the desk. The location was great. I'd stay there again.
The bed was a bit firm and in room 202 the plumbing was a bit loud when a nearby room used theirs.

Close to mountain and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and price was great for the location.
Breakfast was a bit on the skim side. Not bad if your European which fits the culture of the lodge but a bit peckish for American tastes.

Would have loved to have the hot tub open during a brief period in the morning.

Lovely Stay with Amazing Amenities
The comfort of our Queen Suite. Don't miss the local restaurants recommended by our host-they enhanced our experience. Free parking was a significant bonus!

Location not far from the mountain for the night and ski lifts and ski hire and several restaurants, c-store, ski shop. Also, to slopes. Cheap, big size unit with a great bed as well as microwave. A huge variety of products for a fresh breakfast
Not very friendly staff!

Not Worth the Price
Check-in was a hassle, with no staff around. The room had a strange smell, and the bathroom door barely opened without hitting the toilet. The only upside was a comfortable bed.

Had a blast with my friends here! The place is budget-friendly, and we loved the fireplace in the lobby after a long day. Perfect for a ski trip with friends and super close to Arapahoe Basin Ski Area too! Would definitely stay again.
Had a bit of a hassle trying to check in since the staff was tough to find. It took longer than expected, annoying. But overall, not a deal-breaker for us.

Severe weather prevented my family from reaching the hotel, and the management's lack of compassion was evident when they dismissed our situation entirely. We received no offer for a refund or future stay, leaving us feeling cheated. It's concerning that guests may unknowingly book under potentially risky weather conditions without any safety net from the management.

Great for budget travelers looking for basic stay
The staff were friendly and really helpful which is refreshing in places like this. The hot tub was nice and clean, a good way to unwind after a long day.
It wasn't the cheapest option around, but it was acceptable for what I got.

Cozy ambiance, rustic charm with log walls. Check-in was a hassle. Hard to find staff.

No nonsense, just the truth
The rooms smelled smoky, had stained sheets, and the unresponsive staff made check-in a hassle. For the price, it falls short. Better off parking at the mountain and avoiding this joint.
